My Dream House

When I first set out to build my dream home, I was filled with excitement but also faced numerous challenges. Building a home in India, as the saying goes, "Illu katti chudu, pelli chesi chudu"(Build a house, plan a wedding—only then you’ll understand the struggles) , proved to be a daunting experience.
As a first-time builder, I encountered:
● Delays due to inefficient systems.
● Untrustworthy partners who prioritized commissions over quality.
● Subpar materials that led to recurring repairs.
● Costs that ballooned far beyond my initial budget.
